Really good Stay Experience
cleanliness standard separate sinks rainfall shower bottled water
The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes! I found bottled water readily available throughout the hotel. Our room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The housekeeping service maintained a high standard of cleanliness each day.
The elevators sometimes experienced delays during peak hours. I noticed this a few times.

comfortable accommodations perfect housekeeping attentive service
my accommodations were comfortable. the housekeeping services exceeded my expectations. i requested south indian food, and the chefs provided authentic kerala food, including appam and vegetarian stew.. they even made a rare vazhakumbu thoran. i am thankful for the attentive service from moin, manohar lal, and aakanksha mali.
the gym lacked some updated equipment.

the premier room twin had very clean sheets and towels. the bathroom included two separate sinks. the air conditioning was effective, maintaining a consistent temperature in the room.
the gym was a bit small and only have a limited number of treadmills.

comfortable accommodation attentive service authentic food
my stay featured comfortable accommodations and perfect housekeeping. i especially appreciated the team catering to my south indian preferences (i felt so at home!). chefs navneet joshi and venkat kondaiah prepared authentic dishes like appam and vazhakumbu thoran. i also thank manohar lal and aakanksha mali for their attentive service.
i found the restaurant staff during breakfast somewhat inattentive. a request for toast was delayed while a staff member checked their phone (no butter was offered).

missing capsules unattentive staff
the coffee machine lacked coffee capsules which was a inconvenience. a mini bar fridge exists, it could not be opened. these are issues. also, during breakfast, i observed the staff at the restaurant to be unattentive at moments.
